Does Atenolol Interact With Concerta

Does atenolol interact with concerta? I was prescribed both by two different doctors and I want to know if they are safe to take together.

Are both doctors aware of all of your medical conditions?

If you are taking Atenolol to treat high blood pressure or a cardiac condition, it may not be safe for you to take Concerta.

The FDA classifies Concerta as a stimulant. It is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, nervousness and elevated blood pressure and heart rate.
