The medication you listed already contains Acetaminophen, that is what is designated by the 325, the 10 designates the amount of Oxycodone in it.
So no, it is not a good idea to add more.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
