Yes, this antibiotic with contains Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim can cause lowered efficacy of you oral contraceptive.
To make sure you are properly protected against pregnancy, you should use another method of contraceptive for the duration of time you are on this medication, then for at least 7 days, afterwards.
