Doctors Willing To Prescribe Oxycodone In Phoenix (Page 2) (Top voted first)
UpdatedPlease please please someone direct me to a doctor who will listen and prescribe the amount of oxycodone my son needs. Pain management clinics are a joke and fall short of what we know will keep him comfortable until they can do the therapy or procedures that may be able to get him out of pain so he doesn't have to take it. He only needs 60 mg a day in 4 15 mg doses. That is what we've found works and makes it so he doesn't get sick from the meds and is out of the considerable pain he is in. He can't work because they won't give him enough to function. I have spent so much money I dont have to take care of him! He has Ahccs healthcare coverage! They only give him 3 10mg pills a day which falls short of the care he needs and is in so much pain. I am at my wits end! We are in Gilbert Arizona and need a doctor who will listen to the patient so we can pursue the other surgical and therapy options! He has a degenerative disc problem.
please let me know if this is for real. so many times people have posted names of doctors who are suppose to help and I have yet to find one that will.
I googled her, seems legit. Gonna call and see. We have alot of documents already
The number is (602)-889-9401. (YNCPC) your neighborhood center for pain control- 4220 North 20th Avenue Suite 100 Phoenix, Arizona 85015. I really hope that helps a lot of you.
So there is one pain doctor that will let you use a marijuana card - his name is Dr. Baker in Surprise, AZ. However it has to be CBD only and I'm not 100% sure but he will only do inj's. Not sure if he will rx opioids...
You are at the max allowed by law which was signed by the Obama administration. Every 10mg of oxycodone equals 15mg of Morphine and we are only allowed 90mg of Morphine or Morphine equivalent per day. I take 2 15mg of Morphine and 4 10mg of oxycodone which also equals 90mg total because the oxy converts to 60mg and the added 30mg morphine rounds it off. You may find a doctor that writes more but it won't last long.
I need help our doctor was shut down. Please help with any suggestions the Phoenix . thank you
Dr. Chamberlain in Mesa off Power and Brown. Go to his NP. I think his name is Brian. He is the only NP under Chamberlain. They are getting strict. One person was just fired as a patient due to having a clean drug panel. They do make you sign a contract but its not a pain clinic thank god. Do not see any other doctor in the office no matter what as they are terrible. See his Nurse Practitioner only.
Re: Kens (# 98)
A lot of people asked for a doctor who will prescribe pain medicine that they need and you post that if someone give you a doctor you share your doctor I don't think that's right if you can help someone with a doctor help them don't make it a trade-off.
Re: ANTHONY (# 119)
Yes, we all are going to continue to suffer even more come the 1st of the year. Here in Phoenix area if you were blessed to have found a doctor to work with you at a Pain Clinic level your insurance company put new guild lines into effect in Jan especially if you have a Medicare Advantage plan. So much for making sure the elderly were going to be pain free. They have put quantity limits at low levels, moved them to different tiers so you can't afford the copay and now Doctors have to send more letters as to why you have to even have the meds even if they are the ones the said yes he's a doctor you can go to. Since the last 3 years I've gone through all the blocks and ablasions he's required I'm just about done with him. Even tho my chronic pain syndrome is the same and will always be with me the doctors are tired of jumping through all of the hoops the insurance companies are requiring of them. His game plan for me the first of the year is to get me off of the pain med's and go with a pain simulator which I will not do. So my only alternative will be to be zoned out on a Medical Mary Jane card and drift away. Problem is I can't afford that either. Merry xmas and a Happy New Year to all...

Dr Marcia Mastrin Az pain Med is wonderful as long as everything is valid
Dr Sutton on 51st Ave and Campbell does both pain management and primary care.
Hannah Bangarah in Chandler will also write scripts. I’ve used both for stronger scripts.
Hello, Timothy! How is your son? I am very sorry about the problems he's having.
However, if he requires such a medication, a pain management clinic is the only option, due to the new regulations that were put in place last year. Regular doctors can no longer prescribe such medications.
Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area that might be able to help?
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

@J2thaZ, PLEASE REPLY to my post above.
I am looking for a doctor in Phoenix that will prescribe Oxycodone 15mg. I have records to prove I have been on this medication since 10/2008. However, my current dr. Dr. Todd Turley at Pain Centers of AZ will no longer prescribe this med. He gave me Oxycodone 10/with Acetaminophen, I cannot take it. The Acetaminophen causes Shortness of Breath. So he offered Dilaudid, it makes my nose bleed and finally Morphine IR 15 mg, which made me really sick. I have Cigna insurance. I had a leg injury and unless I have my pain meds I am confined to a wheel chair.
