Doctors Who Will Prescribe Pain Medication Mi

I'm tapering off of opiate pain meds, but I'm constantly sick to my stomach. I consume marijuana, and it helps tremendously. My Dr has known that I have been using marijuana for the whole time that I've been seeing him. Well, on my last visit he not only lowered me more than we had previously talked about, but he also said that I HAD to stop having marijuana or else I'd be kicked out. So I tried, and I couldn't keep anything down. I'm NOT a pain pill seeker, I'm trying to STOP taking pain meds altogether, and just use cannabis. I'm already driving to the tri cities (I live in Yakima Wa). I'm at my wits end. Is there any Dr in Yakima that will help me?

I'm not one bit educated in Washington's laws. I will tell you this though, here in MI we have zillions of suboxone and methadone clinics. BUT once you take them for 1-2 years even they grab ahold of you. Now i am red flagged from any narcotics simply because i wanted to NOT be addicted to pills! Its all a crock of crap. Good luck. I hope you can get through???

I've been on the meds for 24 years. All due to a soccer injury when I was 15 (I was a basketball player, and I only played soccer to get in shape for basketball season). The "Dr" that did my surgeries kept saying that after a month or so I could go back to playing basketball. Well, I kept re-injuring my knee to the point of having to have my knee replaced. The drs put me on this s*** and I'm trying to get off, but I'm still considered a pill seeker.
