Doctors Who Will Pescribe Methadone

I'm in desprate need of a doctor who will pescribe methadone,I go to a clinic.but went to a pain doc befor this an was prescribed methadone for years.but the shut down,leaving me to go to a clinic.i am disabled,I have a lot of health issues.i live in rutherford nc .plz help

Please refer me to a Dr that can prescribe me 60-70 mgs.daily for my pain. I have herniated disc. Rhumumatiod arthritis and depression.
