I am 52 I have been in sever lower back pain with pain radiating down my legs for two years now have taken over counter med and seen nurse practioners most doctors will not even seen you now days need any kind help.
ice daily and chiropractor made it worst.

I had the begginings of spinal stenosis and arthritis in the sacroiliac area. Opioids have been the least of all evils for pain relief. We have tried with various anti inflammatories. Those wreaked havoc on my kidneys. I was just informed by my PCP that this will be the last month she can help me with my monthly opioids. I am scared to death and sick at my stomach. I have suffered from depression in the past and this type of pain killer gave me a sense of normalcy. She wants to refer me to a pain clinic. I have heard and read horror stories with the local Pain Management Clinics. This is bad.!.!
