There are no listings of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that can be searched for you.

Technically, any doctor can prescribe it, but due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, if you require it on a long-term ongoing basis for the management of chronic pain, you'll need to see a pain management specialist.

Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, then the easiest thing to do would be to ask them to refer you to someone.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Most do but few do it illegally and also won't prescribe it by just walking in complaining of a back ache. Those days are over. recent DEA crackdowns and new law monitoring prescriptions over a few weeks make most Dr. to stay away for Opiates unless they can prove the use through diagnostics and evidence for there use. Quit trying to cop drugs on forums, it never works and you will get booted off most.
