I live in southern il & just had my 4th medtronics intra spinal pump put in. Then my doctor dropped me as a patient. I only have il Medicaid & no other doctor will accept it. My pump will go dry of the pain medicine in 90 days (by May 12th). Can anyone help me?

Hello, Goldnlady! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem that you're having.

The best suggestions I can make is to try calling Medicaid and see if they have a list of doctors in your area that accept it.

Another idea would be to contact the social work department of your nearest large hospitals, they usually have a list of doctors they can refer people to in such situations.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Why did he drop you?
