Hello, Eric! How are you?
I'm sorry, but these types of doctors no longer exist. There are many regulations in place regarding prescribing practices and you most likely won't even be able to get all of your medications from one doctor, anymore, but rather you'll need to see several specialists.
The only other option would be to try your local ER, if your pain gets too severe.
Is there anything else I can help with?
