Hello, Wesley! How are you?
Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you'll most likely need to get them both from specialists, now.
Do you current have a PCP that may be able to refer you to the appropriate doctors? That would likely be the easiest way to get the help you need.
Xanax is a benzodiazepine, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?

Before I moved, I used to go to Michael Brewer at Springfield Clinic. You just need to have a medical condition for the pain medicine or the records from old pcp.

Looking for a dr. In southern illinois or surrounding area that takes illinois medicaid and prescribes narcotics. My husband suffers from occipital neuralgia and about 50+ injections and 2 surgeries later he's worse than before.
