Doctors In Mchenry County Illinos

I have slipped and herniated discs in my back and also pinched nerves in my back that run down my leg. I am always in pain. I can not seem to find a doctor that takes state insurance in my area that can prescribe me something for pain. Can anybody recommend a doctor in McHenry County Illinois? Thank you...

Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, if you require something such as a narcotic medication on a long-term ongoing basis for chronic pain, you'll need to see a specialist. No regular GP is going to be able to prescribe such.

But, with state insurance, it will most likely be easiest to have a GP refer you to someone that accepts it.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?
