Doctor's Consultation After 3 Urine Tests
UpdatedI'm under pain management. I went for my yearly test. This year the doctor did a chronic pain drug risk assessment, 3 consultations and a urine test. I'm on oxycodone and fentanyl patches. Everything came back fine BUT! in the consult area, the doctor comments (consistent with oxycodone, tramadol and alcohol use). I rarely drink but had some nyquil the night before because I had a fever and did on the day of the test. It also showed up as a positive for ethyl glucuronide qual, urn but no amount. Everything else was negative as it should be. Also under the main screen it says negative for Alcohol. WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN THE DOCTOR SAYS IN HIS COMMENT SECTION, "CONSISTENT WITH OXYCODONE, TRAMADOL AND ALCOHOL USE"? I'm so worried that the doctor is thinking I'm taking tramadol and drinking which I am not.
