Doctor Who Will Prescribe Adderall

I just moved to San Antonio and have all my records from my previous doctor, including my diagnosis as ADD and prescriptions. What I am having trouble is finding a doctor who can prescribe on the Triple Script form (or whatever). Anyone have any recommendations? I'm about to literally go door to door and start asking A) can you prescribe controlled substances, B) Do you take my insurance and C) when's the next appointment? Have been out for weeks and feeling rather spacey.
