Doctor Who Prescribes Oxycodone 30mg In Arizona

I'm looking for a doctor who will prescribe oxycodone 30mg in or near tempe / phoenix, (Arizona). I'm willing to get an MRI and take UI if necessary. Would like to avoid injections. Please let me know. Thanks for your time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are willing to get an MRI? Ha lol, you need to rephrase that. Go get a damn MRI, actually get 2 of them simonmed and then one from another Imaging facility so you can have one with contrast as well as other medical records because you are not going to get s*** to relieve your pain, not even Tylenol with codeine, maybe or baclofen if you're lucky you might get ibuprofen 800 milligrams but anything else, good luck there pal. Go get all your all of your Imaging work done then come back to this forum and say you have all of your records and multiple MRI then you might get somewhere, but as of January 2016 the DEA has put such a tight rein on all doctors that you will be lucky to even get somebody without tons of Records and Imaging, but until you do have all of the documents and records you might as well just go to a smoke shop and get some kratom.

I have current MRI's, X-Rays, I have all my medical records, oodles of them especially since I've filed for disability, I keep track and keep my MRI's up to date.

I'm 75 years old and have taken Oxycodone 30mg at 7/day X 15 years for head-to-toe debilitating deg. arthritis, after having every treatment/procedure. Last provider charged my credit card without appt or permission, charged $25 for a U/A (then sloshed it around in cup & said "Oh, Oxycodone - you're good!") AND processed it thru a separate business I never went to. I had to FIRE them 5 months ago. Then learned my pain clinic records for 4 years were 'lost'. I saw a few places who won't believe this soap opera or resume ANY Oxy regimen. Even 4/day would be a thrill since I'm now bedridden. ANY provider out here in Sun City, AZ who might help me? Thanks for any names, phone numbers, etc, since reviews & recent guidelines have left me even more hopeless.
