I tried coming off my pain medications but the pain is so bad, I can't find anything to help the pain. My pain management doctor that accepts fidelis care NY in Rockland county NY retired. I need a doctor that accepts fidelis and prescribes oxycodone 10mg and roxicodone 30mg for multiple slipped discs, degenerative disc disease a cyst and tumor causing my spine to curve causing scoliosis.
