Doctor Asked For The Name Of E 404 30mg

I was prescribed e 404 but have changed doctors recently and I was prescribed something that makes me sleepy so my doctor asked me that I have to know the name of the prescription to know exactly what I was prescribed prior. Does anyone know the name?

This tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of mixed Amphetamine salts, which is a generic for Adderall, it is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, and anorexia.

That's a simple one just call the pharmacy that filled the prescription and have him contact your new doctor.There has to be a record of that drug if it was legally prescribed to you,right?
