I had surgery on Thursday and my doc perscribed me dilaudid 4mg 30 pills to be exact I have taken about 26 of them since Thursday and they haven't done anything for me do u somethings wrong??

It is possible that this medication just does not work for you. However, rather than continuing to take more and more of them, you should have contacted your doctor or pharmacist.
Dialudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, this is a very potent narcotic and taking too many creates a very real risk of a possible fatal overdose.
