No, Roxicodone is just a name brand for a medication that contains Oxycodone, so they are both the same and will be detected as Oxycodone on a drug test.

The only problem you may run into is if you have taken more than you are prescribed and the test they do checks for the levels of it that are in your body.

I'm prescribed oxycodone 30mg, 180ct, roughly 5-6 daily. I have been offered a great job opportunity and the day before my UA I took as normal 5-6 but did not take any after 6:30-7 pm the night before. The following day I went and took my test @ 10:45-11, I did not take any that morning or before my test. How much as far as level of oxy will be present in my UA??

Hi BFoot, I can't believe how old this thread is. I know this may not help you now. But it may help someone else down the road. Roxicodone and Oxycodone will not show up differently. It's in the same family. Oxycodone is basically Percocet. When you take a test they cannot tell the differences of Roxicodone (Oxycodone) and Percocet. It's basically the same thing.
