I got prescribed this medication Fluconazole 100MG for three days. I took the first one at 250 but on the second day i forgot to take it at the same time but i still took it. And today was my last day and i took it around the time I was suppose to (around the same time i took the first one). Will it effect my results???

No, there shouldn't be any problem, though you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain.
However, Fluconazole is actually active in your body for several days, after taking it, so the dosing intervals don't actually have to be precise.
