No, prescription tablets in the U.S. all have markings on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency and since Gabapentin is a prescription medication, it wouldn't be available in the U.S. without some type of markings on the tablet.
If you have an unmarked pill, then it is most like just an over the counter product.
There is a small chance that it could be a foreign medication, since few other countries regulate as strictly as the U.S. and Canada do, but that's not very likely.

Yes they do. I’m perscribed them. I received them not too long ago. Becareful with those though. People have been over dosing on those.
