Updatedcan ultracet pills be cut in half

Hello, Ruann! How are you?
Unless your doctor or pharmacist specifically instructs you not to do so, it is safe to cut or break any tablets that aren't time released.
There are some that may be coated and can't be broken, because they may cause a lot of stomach damage without the coating…and of course, if a medication is time released, cutting or breaking it could cause you to get too much of the medication at once, which may result in overdose.
Is there anything else I can help with?
