im really suffering from a gas problem for the last 7 years i used many kin of medication dos/t help is disflatyl will help plz tell me thanks

There are side effects and if he is taking that many, he is running the risk of causing serious health problems, such as kidney and liver damage.
He really needs to consult a doctor.

yea, my uncle takes them. In fact, about 300 tablets a day and I'm not exaggerating. Do they help them with his gas problem? I think 300 tablets a day would stop Mount St. Helen from making gas to be honest. According to the manufacturer, they leave no side effect as they aren't absorbed by the system. They sure cost him money though, do the math...

The active ingredient in this is Dimethicone and that is what it is used for, however, I cannot comment on its effectiveness.
