I did find one possible match to this pill you are describing, however I cannot locate a photo of it for verification that the M and 15 are on separate sides.

The pill with this imprint is identified as Northyx 15 mg; used to treat hyperthyroidism. This medication does have side effects like that which you described, so it could potentially be a match.
