don't know BRAND name but it's an antihistamine w/ decongestent - for colds, flu, allergies- relieves stuffed & running nose

There are many, many brand names for this, since it is an over the counter item, this version is just a generic or store brand of it.

Just to add, the manufacturer LNK International calls it 'Complete Allergy D Tablets', with a national brand equivalent of Benadryl-D. [1]
