Diltiazem 90 Mg 12hr Er
UpdatedDilitezam 90mg 12 hour extended release tablets - Do you have to wait 12 hours in between to take it or can you take it twice a day and do like 9am and 5 pm?

It should be taken 12 hours apart, for example at 9am and 9pm.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
