Diltiazem 24 Hr Er 180 Mg Cd
UpdatedI am currently taking diltiazem dt 360 mg once a day and I would like to switch to diltiazem 24 hr er 180 mg twice a day because it is a lot cheaper. I don't know the difference between tr and er. some people say that there is not difference and others say that there is.

Hello, Buddy! How are you?
No, they are both time released, so there is no difference.
However, you'll need to check with your doctor, before switching.
Are there any other questions or concerns?
