I have been taking this medication for quite a while and lately my blood pressure has been low. I just took it and it was 126/56/52. Do I have a problem?

That's not very low. Normal is considered 120/80, with lower being better. The 126 is normal and the 56 on the bottom is slightly low, but not normally a concern if it's not causing you any symptoms, such as dizziness.
Was the 52 your heart rate? If so, that is slightly low and you should talk to your doctor about these readings, including the blood pressure.
Have you had any tests done recently, such as an EKG?
Is there a chance that you're dehydrated?
