This tablet is manufactured by KVK Tech and they list it as containing 25mgs of Promethazine, which is most commonly used to treat, or prevent nausea, and vomiting.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, sedation, and dry mouth.
