What is the narcotic in dilaudid .. is it the same as oxy or hydrocodon ? Just more poteant

As listed by the FDA, Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, so yes, it is another opioid analgesic. To give a comparison on the strength from RPH, you only need .75 of Dilaudid to equal each 10mgs of Oxycodone, thus, it is much stronger.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Yes they are the same thing which is opiate based pain pills. some stronger than others, flyboy
