UpdatedHad a slip and Took 40 mgs oral dilaudid at 945 thus morning. Its now 545 pm. Is it ok to take my suboxone now?

You need to be in full withdrawals, in order to take Suboxone, otherwise the Naloxone in it can throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
