The only real concern that I've found is that the Xanax and Dilaudid both cause sedation, so you should be aware of it and watch for any danger signs, such as extreme sedation, dizziness, or trouble breathing.

Dilaudid is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Xanax is a benzodiazepine that has the potential to be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
