Dilaudid And Food - Can I Take On Empty Stomach? (Top voted first)

I have a dilaudid prescription, but lost the insert. Other pain meds must be taken with food or risk nausea - will Dilaudid do this as well? Thanks

It is a very strong narcotic, so there is a high likelihood that it will cause nausea, just as other narcotics do.
