I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between these medications, but it's always best to double check to be sure.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Diclofenac as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

Dilantin may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, weight changes and mood swings.
