Have you consulted a doctor? Discovering what it causing your problem and getting proper treatment is going to require a medical exam. No one is going to be able to provide you with a solution from just a short post online.
It could be from digestion problems, a bowel blockage, hormonal imbalance or any one of a number of other possible health issues.
