Hello, Walt! How are you?

Without knowing the imprint on them, I can't tell you any specifics about them.

However, if they are valid prescriptions from your pharmacy, so you know that no mistake has occurred, then it is likely just due to different manufacturers using different fillers, which can change the size of the pills.

There is a list of FDA approved inactive ingredients that they can choose from, they aren't required to use the same as any other manufacturer, as long as their pills are proven to work, such as being time released like they are supposed to be.

This medication is listed as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
