Different Kind Of Oxycodone Called 8cetam In O2 Hew?
UpdatedSomeone informed me that this was a substitute for the oxy I normally take for my chronic pain after my many surgeries. He said its states this on the label: 8CETAM IN O2 HEW... OK I've never heard of that. Has anyone else? Is it generic for oxy or percs? does anyone have a clue?

Hello, Sandra! How are you?
No, I am not aware of any such thing and those abbreviations make no sense, those aren't used on the U.S. drug market. Several searches have also not turned up anything.
Do you know where it came from? Is it possibly something they obtained from a foreign source?
The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Is anyone familiar with this?
