What is the different between glibenclamide 2.5mg and glibenclamide 5mg. which is safe 2.5mg or 5mg. please clear my dought.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, flatulence, and hypoglycemia.
