Axcion is a Mexican brand name for Phentermine, so yes, you could just switch from one to the other.
The FDA lists this medication as being a stimulant that's used to aid in weight loss and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, anorexia, nervousness and insomnia.
