I have recently received a white tablet for sertraline 100mg by mail order when I have been getting a yellow tablet for the same prescription from a local pharmacy. Is there a difference???

What are the markings on them? I'm sorry, but this information is needed to enable someone to check for you.
However, it is normal for a generic to be manufactured by different companies, so they may be colored and marked differently.
Can you please post back with more details?
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, weight changes, and mood changes.
