I had a rotator cuff operation and now my doctor has prescribed celebrex 200mg, synaleve 2 p.o, tramazac Co 37.5mg and Tryptanol 25 mg. Are these not all pain killers? must I take them all at once as prescribed or can I skip the other?

The Tramazac ST just contains 100mgs of Tramadol, while the Tramazac Co is listed as containing 37.5mgs of Tramadol with 325mgs of Paracetamol.
The FDA classifies this medication as an opioid, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
