I am 69 yrs of age. After angioplasty my BP was 124/77 for 3 months but suddenly BP shoots to 150/80. My doc prescribed Telmikind 20mg but after taking it for 1 wk I stopped. It affected my throat n feeling side effects. Now doc recommends Telmikind 40mg. Should I take Telmikind-am or only Temikind? Help me pls.

All medications carry the risk of causing side effects. What issues have you experienced?
The NIH lists the typical ones for this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and hypotension.
You should take the medication your doctor has prescribed.
