These are both the same medication and same dosage (Promethazine hydrochloride 25 mg). The only difference I see is that they are manufactured and/or repackaged by separate companies.
Other than that, there may or may not be different inactive ingredients in the pills. If you have an allergy to certain inactive ingredients in one pill, then you can always switch to other, if that is in fact the case. Hope this information helps!
