No, they have just been manufactured by different companies. This is very common with generics, it creates market competition to help keep prices lower.
The one with the ABG marking is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and the one with the MS M 15 on it is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, but both contain 15mgs of Morphine in an extended release formulation.
The FDA classifies this as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
