Ecosprin is listed as containing the active ingredient Aspirin, while Ecosprin AV contains Aspirin and Atorvastatin, so while the first can help with blood thinning and heart health, the one with Atorvastatin can also help lower cholesterol levels.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, easy bruising, and joint muscle aches.
