I've been taking these pills for 12 days and have lost 8 pounds. What I like the most about these pills is that they really take away your appetite, most days I have to remind myself to eat otherwise I forget all together. When I do eat, I try to eat vegetables or fruit or anything high in fiber, I noticed this has helped curb the constipation. I have had trouble sleeping, so I took sleeping pills the first few days and no longer need them. The thirst was greater the first few days as well, but is not as present. I was due to get my period a few days after I started and I think this actually helped greatly in reducing bloating and cramps, I definitely noticed a difference. So far I can already see the difference and look forward to continued weight loss. Ideally I only wanted to lose about 20 lbs and hopefully can achieve that with the one box. I've been reading all the posts.. I have to say I'm quite frustrated I feel like I'm desperate or something. I bought some fruta planta total scam wouldnt buy from them again.( net nutri in amazon). The DUC on the label was larger but they didnt work they looked quite real all the stamps ect.

I have just finished purchasing from a different supplier we'll see, of the bat everything looked different the pill was a liltte smaller and the box had a different color.

Today is my 2nd day on the pill I'll keep you posted if it works so far quite less appetite looks like I got the real deal. Crossing fingers : )

Guys you need to check out the item before buying it. Check on the web the details to determine if they are fake... The box should have a pink sticker in the front of box and a silver one and the box should be sealed with a clear sticker too. Make sure of the spelling sometimes they say REDUCE WEIHGT instead of REDUCE WEIGHT. I got ones fake too and they didn't do anything to me either. Now when you start the pill your appetite goes away immediately. So you don't have to wait for days you will now right away. Go to eBay and put this # on the search bar 200507011325, this item has ended already but write to the person and he will sell you originals for $14.80 including S/H and he lives in Coral Gables in Miami for those of you that need a Miami seller. Fruta planta day 61
weight -25 pounds this caught me off guard with the 3 lb pound this week. I knew I was eating and had what used to be hunger pains, but a little food made it go away. . .
waist -3.002.a quarter of an inch. My pants are baggy. My neck is only half inch lower so new clothes would be baggy too. Today is a milestone. I haven't not weighed this low in 15 years. I will see where I go next. It is new territory.

Si las pueden conseguir en Ebay por 14 dolares con manejo y envio pero tienen que estar seguros que las que compran son las originales porque venden muchas falsas, yo compre una vez y eran falsas. Suerte a todos y la muchacha de Miami busca en Ebay que esa persona vive en Coral Gables y te las lleva a la casa o tu las recojes y las vende por 11 dolares nada mas y originales. Tambien escuche que deben de tomarlas por 3 meses y despues parar por una o dos semanas y empezar de nuevo porque el systema se acostumbra a las pastillas... Chao

EV, I oreder from amazon and got the right ones. The vendor disappeared. I went to originalfrutaplanta dot com. It appears to be a slightly milder version/minor packaging diff with the results of the first one so that is where I will reorder.

PLEASE HELP!! I am getting married in a few months and need to lose 30 lbs. I ordered the reduced weight fruta planta from Amazon but must have received the fake ones. I took it for 5 days and it never reduced my hunger so I stopped taking it. Please let me know where I can find the real ones. evy- you are losing weight very quickly and your body is not usde of the caloriev intake ..since it is alot less more likely you should take your vitamins and eat plenty fruit and veggies also healthy carbs-wheat pasta..u still can eat just eat things that give energy ,also nice fat salsds,allgreen and bright veggies,w/lemon and olive oil..

i started taking the pills about 9 days ago..started with insomnia, dry mouth but now i am always tired..this is weird for me because i always have energy. any thoughts? i have lost 8 pound in 9days.

Hey guys, im 20, and i heard about these pills cause after i drastically changed how i ate, i felt like i hit a pleatue. so i started last Wednesday, at 203-204 (i was yo-yo'ing b.w 200 and 205) and now its the Wednesday after, and the past 2 days i weighed myself in the morning at 194. i was drinking a ridiculous amount of water the first couple fo days, and went tot he extremes and barely ate, im starting to eat a lil more but still nothing crazy which is why i think ive been the same, but ive started to run for the past 3 days and going to continue. Ive noticed my waist and inches change more then my weight. My goal was 185, but to be honest i look fine now, i just want to tighten this belly, and today was only my 8th pill. Any hints or tips someone would like to give me about it, some exercises or even about the pill, because i was very scared to start the pill. Good luck

Kitty, this is not FDA approved so no research is available. I am on BS and BP meds so I watch these very closely every day for any side effects.

I am on day 38! I am 1005 impressed with this magic pill and impressed with myself. I have never felt this good in all my life! I refuse to weigh my self. I just go by how I look, feel and how my clothes fit. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week and finally I feel in shape. Side effects were sort of crazy in the begining but they went away and sometimes I get dry mouth but not as much. I sleep well on it and have no complaints about this pill. It is pretty amazing to look in the mirror and see my clothes loose on me! I love it!

@ mercy you should take the pill when you wake up for your day, and that can be whenever. If you wake up at 2am for work you can take it then, or if you wake up at 12pm, you can take it then...

i have a question, do you have to take the pill at the exact same time every day? because the first day i took it almost 2 weeks ago i was excited and i woke up early so i took it at 9:30... i've been waking up earlier every day just so i can take it at 9:30 but i'm tired of waking up early just to take it (lol), can you take it a little later, like 30 minutes? thanks!

Fruta planta day 54
weight -22 pounds another 2 pounds. I keep thinking I will plateau soon.
waist -2.75 inches a quarter of an inch. I might have to look for some new pants
The new FP order seems milder but the appetite seems suppressed as usual. I noticed my BS is higher tho and will start retaking a mild dose to lower it.

I started these pills fruta planta 3 weeks ago, and I had been trying to lose 30 lbs for like the longest time.
I have to share with everyone that these pills realy work the first day you take them. My craving are gone I dont eat as much and i have to force myself to eat, its better if you choose healthy foods. I weighed 150 and want to lose 23-30 pounds. First week I cut down drasticaly on eating, and didnt see much weight loss but on my second week i noticed i lost 5 lbs and can fit in a smaller size this motivated me so much more! The third week im now at 10 lbs lost!
I now want to start running because im so excited but i must admit that my side affects have been insomnia.
There are some night that i cant sleep and have been awake until 6 am. Also on my third week i have had left side pains below my ribs, I think it may be related to being constipated,
I will have to start drinking lots more water and commit to eat more fiber food. If that does not help thent I will have to stop these pills.
But within the next month and with the second box i should be at the weight I want!
