Did Heroin And Methamphetamine Need To Pass 10 Panel

My boyfriend did methamphetamine and smoked marijuana, I know that. I suspected him of using heroin also. He went and got a 10 panel test. The test cup wasn't in the box but it was still in the bag before he peed in it. He was dirty for methamphetamine and marijuana but no heroin. Just wondering if there's ways of just getting heroin to pass.
