Diclofenac Na 75mg

Does round pink pill with imprint P75 contain misoprostolol or just diclofenac? Was pescribed for arthritis diclofenac sodium delayed release but unsure if it contains misoprostolol?

This tablet is manufactured by Pack Pharmaceuticals and they list it as only containing 75mgs of Diclofenac.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
