UpdatedI am 8.5 months pregnant and I have a tooth problem. So is it safe to take diclofenac?

It has been suspected of causing some issues, when taken during late pregnancy, so it would be best to only take it, if your doctor has instructed you to do so.
The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, fluid retention, and stomach irritation.
Have you consulted a dentist?
Congratulations on the baby!
