Dicare Medicaid In Southern Ky For Pain Med.&xanax

I'm trying to find a new doctor after my GP retired. I've got several issues I need both hips replaced both knees my spine has been declared inoperable . Have exsposed siatic nerve root exposed along w 13 heart stents and 1illact stent off femoral artery. Lft leg. Not to mention I've been passing kidney stones non stop senice 2014! I am willing to travel if needed. Can anyone help?
